WE ARE AVAILABLE
We can be reached often, in the morning, during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. This is important so that my clients, other agents who have clients who are interested in the property, and potential buyers can reach me.

THOSE TIMES THAT I AM NOT AVAILABLE
Even though I do my best to make myself available, it is impossible to be available to anybody at anytime. Therefore, I have backup and individuals who can help me when my schedule is full.

    • Call buyer’s agent 3 days prior to every contractual deadline to make sure process is on track

    • Provide constant updates of our activities with the buyer’s agent

    • Provide assistance to buyer’s agent whenever needed


Contract Flexibility

No Unhappy Clients –

We only want to do business with those who want us to help them.  Many sellers will sign an agreement with no ability to cancel if an agent does not fulfill their promises.  

In most cases, once the seller signs, they are stuck with that agent for six months or longer.

With us, if we do not fulfill our promises as we have described here, you have the right to cancel the listing and start with another agent.
