In a competitive house buying environment, we know that the good houses go fast, often in contract in less than 1 week. When a great house comes on the market, we try and have an appointment to view it with you within 48 hours.

WE ARE AVAILABLE
We can be reached often, in the morning, during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. This is important so that my clients, other agents who have clients who are interested in the property, and potential buyers can reach me.

THOSE TIMES THAT I AM NOT AVAILABLE

Even though I do my best to make myself available, it is impossible to be available to anybody at anytime. Therefore, We have backup and individuals who can help us when our schedule is full.

      • Upon acceptance, we bring our team together and layout the calendar and start to set all of our appointments.

      • The team is key.

        • Lender sets appraisal and submits loan to underwriting ASAP

        • Escrow officer opens escrow and pulls title reports, CCRs and other Disclosures

        • Our team contacts the appropriate inspection professionals for appointments

        • We provide you, the buyer with your timeline as well.


Move-In Assistance

  • Moving is a pain … but we can make it a little better

      • We provide moving boxes and upon close of escrow, we will have you home cleaned prior to your move in.

      • If you want to “fix it up” a little or a lot, we have a resource list of  painters, plumbers, carpenters, contractors, handymen, electricians.

      • We can help you find a reputable movers

      • For all of these trades professionals, we can assist in receiving bids or estimates.


Contract Flexibility

No Unhappy Clients –

We only want to do business with those who want us to help them.

 Many buyers will sign an agreement with no ability to cancel if an agent does not fulfill their promises.  

In most cases, once the you signs, they are stuck with that agent for six months or longer.

With us, if we do not fulfill our promises as we have described here, you have the right to cancel and start with another agent.
